A New Beginning

Well let me first start by saying that I am creating this blog as a tool to aid me in achieving my gaol of weight loss. For most of my life I have been obese. This has been due to steroids I have been taking for my asthma and i believe also emotional eating. At this point in my life , I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I have lost weight many times before but I have always gained it back. This is the last time and i am getting off this weight loss roller coaster.
